CRM Integrations is an enhanced feature and required licensing.


Network Requirements for the Integrator Client

Before installing the Integrator Client, please ensure your firewall or security policies allow access to the following domains and ports. These connections are critical for licensing, updates, integration features, and softphone controls.

Downloading & Installing the Client

  1. Download the most recent client from the website: https://nava.gointegrator.com/downloads/
  2. Install the client once downloaded (may require IT assistance)
  3. Use the access codes below during installation

Logging In

Login to the client with your VIP Credentials. If Two Factor has been enabled on the account you will be prompted for your access code. Under Advanced Use Proxy & Ignore invalid certificates should be selected unless otherwise specified.

Once logged in, click on the green or red icon in the taskbar to open the main menu. Then Click on Configuration to open the settings menu.

Settings

The Interface menu has a few settings that may need to be adjusted depending on your preferences.

Connected Hide Delay

The connected hide delay determines how long the caller preview window will stay open once a call is placed/answered. Infinite will always leave it up and is how most clients set this.


Automatic Startup

Enable this option to start automatically when you startup your computer.


Connecting a CRM

In the Configuration menu of the Integrator Client, select the (Add New) option under Integrations.

Click on the DropDown Menu and select the CRM you wish to integrate with. Example: Zoho CRM.

You will see a list of supported features with the CRM Integration.

Click Set to enable the Integration


Authorization

The CRM will require your login to authorize the integration. These settings might differ from your VIP account login. If you’re unsure, consult your CRM Administrator or click the Help button for documentation.

A popup window will occur like the example below to sign into the CRM.


Integration Settings

Once authorized, you can customize activity settings:

  • Create activity on call end lets you create a CRM Entry after the call ends.
  • Allow Manual Creation of Call Activities enables note entry during a live call.


Enabling Click to Call

To click phone numbers in your browser and auto-dial them via the client:

  1. Open the configuration menu and go to the Dialing panel.
  2. Click the Download dropdown under Dialing helpers.

Add the Chrome extension when prompted. After installation:

Right-click the blue phone icon → select Options → match the following:

Clicking on a number shows a handset icon. Click it to call:

The first time, choose "Integrator Helper" and check "Always use this app."
