Procedure

via Contacts

1. Scroll through your contacts
2. Click the desired entry
3. Click the Call button (phone icon)
    

via Call History

1. Scroll through the entries
2. Click the one you want to return the call to
    

via Voicemail

If you wish to call someone who has left you a voicemail, click the Call button (phone icon) that appears on the voicemail entry.
 

Manual Entry

1. Click the Keypad option (For VIP Web Phone, it is the red Dial Pad button at the top of the navigation pane)
2. Enter the number you wish to dial
