How can I place a call on hold using my desk phone
Procedure
- Press Hold (soft key or hard key) during an active call.
- The line will typically flash to indicate the call is on hold.
NOTE: To resume a call on hold, press the flashing line/hold key for the call, or press Resume if shown.
