  • Contacts — click Search contacts, then tick the contacts you want (or select all).
  • Contact Lists — click Search contact lists, tick the lists to include, and expand to uncheck specific names if needed.
  • Contact Segments — click Search contact segments, tick the segments to include, and expand to uncheck specific names if needed.
  • Import from File — import recipients from an Excel/CSV file.

Troubleshooting

  • I can’t find the Quick Message icon.
    • Look in the bottom-right corner of the platform (it appears on every page).
    • If you still don’t see it, try refreshing the page or signing out/in.
  • The Send now button is disabled or nothing sends.
    • Confirm you’ve added at least one valid recipient.
    • Confirm your message content isn’t blank.
    • For New Message, confirm a Sender ID is selected.
  • My message is longer than expected / uses multiple credits.
    • In Quick Message, watch the character count and credits as you type.
    • Consider shortening the message or removing extra characters.
  • I’m missing contacts/lists/segments.
    • Try searching again using Search contacts, Search contact lists, or Search contact segments.
    • If the data is managed elsewhere, use Import from File (CSV/Excel).

FAQ

When should I use Quick Message vs New Message?

  • Quick Message: best for fast, one-off texts.
  • New Message: best for larger sends and additional sending tools.

Can I copy/paste recipients from a spreadsheet?

Yes. In New Message using Manual Entry, you can copy/paste a list of numbers directly into the recipient field.

How do I send to a saved list or segment?

In New Message, use Search contact lists or Search contact segments, then tick what you want to include. You can expand the group/segment and uncheck individual recipients to exclude them.
