Outlines the steps for enabling CAIRO AI Receptionist on a customer's domain via the Crexendo Marketplace.

• Crexendo Support users with Superuser access in the NetSapiens portal
• Admins enabling CAIRO AI Receptionist for a customer domain via the Crexendo Marketplace

What You’ll Accomplish

• Log in to the Crexendo Marketplace using the correct CSP short name
• Enable CAIRO AI Receptionist for a specific customer domain
• Verify the system objects created automatically (ConfigUI + AI Receptionist system user + answering rule routing)

Eligibility

• A Support user with Superuser privileges is required to log in to the NetSapiens portal for authentication to the Crexendo Marketplace.
• Access to the Crexendo Marketplace
• The customer domain name you need to enable CAIRO for
   

Procedure

1. Log in to the Crexendo Marketplace
   1. Open a new browser tab and navigate to Crexendo Marketplace
   2. Click the Login icon located at the top-right corner of the page
   3. When prompted for the CSP Short Name, enter crexendovip
   4. Click Submit
       
2. Access the CAIRO AI Receptionist App
   1. Scroll down below the Spotlight Apps and locate the Enabled Apps section
   2. Click on the CAIRO app
       
3. Manage Domains
   1. Click the Manage Domains option.
   2. Click Add to begin the domain enablement process.
   3. Search for the desired domain and click Add to enable CAIRO AI Receptionist for that domain.
       
4. Verify CAIRO Has Been Enabled and Configured. 
   
   A ConfigUI (CXDO_MKTPLACE_CAIRO) will be automatically generated for the domain.
   
   A System User labeled AI Receptionist will be created within the domain.
   
   The Answering Rule for the AI Receptionist user will be automatically set to route calls to CAIRO.
    
5. Once the above steps are completed and verified, the Office Manager can proceed to access and configure their AI Receptionist from the VIP Portal.

Related Information

If the Office Manager is already logged in when this is configured, they will need to log out and log back in for the CAIRO tile to appear in the navigation row.
