How to Place a Call (several options):

• Select the icon and dial the number using the keypad.
• Select the icon to access your contacts.
• Select the icon to access your recent call history.

How to Answer a Call (several options):

• Select “Answer” on the screen.

How to Hold & Resume a Call:

• To Hold a Call: press the “Hold” soft key.
• To Resume a Call: press the “Resume” soft key.

How to End a Call:

• Select the red end call icon to hang up the call.

How to Perform a Blind Transfer:

1. While on a call, press the “More” soft key.
2. Press the “Transfer” soft key.
3. Dial the desired phone number or extension. 
4. Press the “Transfer” soft key again and choose “B Transfer” to complete the transfer.

How to Perform a Blind Transfer:

1. While on a call, press the “More” soft key.
2. Press the “Transfer” soft key.
3. Dial the desired phone number or extension and select “Transfer.”
4. Select “Call” to talk to the person before transferring the call to them.
5. Press the “Transfer” soft key to complete the transfer.
