How to Place a Call (several options):
- Pick up the handset, enter the number, and press

and pick up the headset.
- Press the line key, enter the number, and press

How to Answer a Call (several options):
- Speaker phone: select the “Answer” Soft key or
.
- Handset: pick up the handset to answer.
- Headset: press

How to Hold & Resume a Call:
- To Hold a Call: press the “Hold” soft key or
.
- To Resume a Call: press the “Resume” soft key or
.
How to End a Call:
- On a Handset: press the “End Call” soft key or hang up.
- On a Headset: press the “End Call” soft key or
.
- On Speakerphone: press the “End Call” soft key or
.
How to Park a Call:
- While on a call, press the
key. This will place the call on hold.
- Dial the extension of the Call Park and press the
key.
- The call is now in the Call Park that you sent it to.
- To retrieve the call, dial the extension of the call park.
Note: If you have call parks assigned to a line key, you can simply press the line key to park and unpark a call.
How to Perform a Blind Transfer:
- While on a call, press the
key .
- Dial the desired phone number or extension.
- Press the
key again to complete the transfer.
How to Perform a Blind Transfer:
- While on a call, press the
key which will place the caller on hold.
- Dial the desired phone number or extension.
- Wait for the party to answer and announce that you are transferring a call to them.
- Press the
key again to transfer the call.
How to Check Your Voicemail:
- Select the
button.
- Enter your PIN and press # and follow the prompts.
How to Forward Your Calls:
- Swipe left on the Home screen and select “Settings” and select “Call Forwarding” from the options.
- Select the desired forward type: Always Forward, Busy Forward, and No answer Forward.
- Enter the number you want to forward to.
- Press the “Save” soft key to accept the change.
