CXHub for Admins: How to Add Music to a Campaign

Step-by-step instructions to help you customize your music for your campaigns

Introduction:

This guide will provide the steps to adding your own music files to your campaigns within CXHub.

 

Steps:

  1. From the left navigation pane, select “Admin” then “Configurations” and then “Music File.”
  1. From the Music Files section, select “Add Music” or edit any existing files.
  1. Enter or edit the name of the music file and enter the URL for the music file and select “Save.”
  1. Select “Campaigns” from the left navigation pane.
  2. Open an existing campaign that you would like to add music to.
  1. Within the campaign, select the “General Info” tab and select “Edit.”
  1. Scroll down and locate the Music Files section of the General Info tab.
  2. Select your music file from the drop-down menu for both On Hold and On Transfer.
  1. Select “Save” to complete the process.
