How can I answer a call
Procedure
When you are not on another call
Lift the handset (or press Speaker/Headset if applicable).
When you are already on a call:
Press the Answer soft key (or press the flashing line button for the incoming call). Your original call is placed on hold automatically.
To switch between calls, press the corresponding line/feature button for the call you want to speak with.
TIP: Soft keys change based on what you’re doing. If you don’t see Answer, look for a flashing line key or a call appearance button.
