Objective
Many customers would like the ability to have multiple users receive and send faxes. We have created a way for users to do this using a single fax user.

Procedure
- Create a new user using the import spreadsheet
- The user will need an extension. For the login name, use
fax@customerdomainTIP: It is recommended that the customer create an Alias email address to forward to all of the users whom they wish to have receive the faxes. We recommend something like
FAX@Domainname.com
- If the customer is unable to create an alias domain name, there is a hard limit of 5 emails that the faxes can be sent to. This is enforced under the Profile of the newly created Fax User
- Customers needing more users to access the faxes will need to use an alias domain that forwards to other users.
- Any user with access to the fax account can log in with the username and password at portal.crexendovip.com/portal. This will also allow them to send faxes outbound.
