  1. Log in to the client with your VIP Credentials.

NOTE: If the two-factor authentication has been enabled on the account, you will be prompted for your access code. The access code can be viewed here

  2. Under Advanced, Use Proxy and Ignore invalid certificates checkboxes should be selected unless otherwise specified.

  3. Once logged in, click on the green or red icon in the taskbar to open the main menu.

  4. Click on Configuration to open the settings menu.

Configure the Settings

The Interface menu has a few settings that may need to be adjusted depending on your preferences.

  1. Configure the Connected hide delay field. This field determines how long the caller preview window will stay open once a call is placed/answered. Infinite will always leave it up, and this is how most clients set this.

  2. Enable Application load to start automatically when you start up your computer.

  3. Connect a CRM
    1. In the Configuration menu of the Integrator Client, select the (Add New) option under Integrations.

    2. Click on the drop-down menu and select the CRM you wish to integrate with.

EXAMPLE: In this example, it is Zoho CRM

You will see a list of supported features with the CRM Integration.

    3. Click Set to enable the Integration

  4. The CRM will require your login to authorize the integration.

NOTE: These settings might differ from your VIP account login. If you’re unsure, consult your CRM Administrator or click the Help button for documentation.

A pop-up window should show up asking you to sign in to the CRM.

  5. Once authorized, you can customize activity settings such as:
    • Create activity on call end lets you create a CRM Entry after the call ends.
    • Allow Manual Creation of Call Activities enables note entry during a live call.

  6. Enable Click to Call. To click phone numbers in your browser and auto-dial them via the client:
    1. Open the configuration menu and go to the Dialing panel.
    2. Click the Download dropdown under Dialing helpers.

  7. Add the Chrome extension when prompted.

  8. After installation, right-click the blue phone icon, select Options, then match the following:

  9. Clicking on a number shows a handset icon. Click it to call.
