VIP Record All Domain
Procedure
NOTE: Must be done in Admin UI; there is also a feature request in process to add to the portal as of May 5, 2021
Unfortunately, it is not currently available as a Default from a Domain Settings standpoint, but there are two current ways that the setting can be updated:
Via Admin UI
Import LIC Records for Each User on a Domain
TIP: An import template has been created that your team can use.
- Add all users on a domain to import using a copy of the Import Template, following the format of records in the template.
- Import via Admin UI by going to Connections > Legal Intercept > SELECT on Recording-Server LEA Record > Click Start Import. Purge should be no.
- Synchronize to other LEA by going to Connections > Legal Intercept > SELECT on Recording-Server2 LEA Record > click Synchronize
Via API
Each user can be set to have their Record All User Calls set to yes by following this process.
The parameter to pass is the AOR, which should be in the extension@domain format.
