We also fixed a few device-specific display issues:
Correct phone buttons on Grandstream devices
Fixed an issue where programmable buttons past the 18th key could be assigned incorrectly on supported Grandstream devices.
Correct phone labels on Mitel devices
Fixed an issue where changing a directory setting could break custom phone labels on Mitel devices.
No more missing buttons for same-named employees
Fixed an issue where phone buttons (BLF keys) could be missing for employees who share the same first name.
Cleaner directory display on Polycom phones
Custom directory entries now appear only where intended, instead of showing up on the phone's main screen.
📞 Call Handling & Call Quality
Holiday schedules display correctly
Canada and Mexico holidays added to a call schedule no longer show an incorrect "no upcoming dates" message.
Better protection for Caller ID information
Caller identity details are now only shared with trusted systems, protecting them from being exposed on untrusted outside connections.
More consistent call routing
Calls that can't be completed now follow the same routing rules whether they're coming from outside the system or from another domain.
Fewer hiccups right after answering a call
Fixed an issue that could occasionally cause a brief audio or connection problem in the moments right after a call was answered or during a transfer.
Caller ID preserved on parked calls
Caller identification info no longer disappears when a parked call is picked up from a different site.
Clearer audio on conference calls
Fixed intermittent audio issues that could occur when adding remote participants to a conference call.
Cleaner transfers between sites
Fixed an issue where some call details could linger after an attended transfer between geographically separate locations.
More reliable secure calls
Improved reliability when setting up encrypted (secure) calls.
Fewer failed calls on backup routes
Fixed an issue that could cause some outbound calls to fail when using a backup or alternate route.
Clearer automated voice prompts
Fixed an issue that could cause audio corruption during automated calls with voice prompts, such as auto-attendants.
Accurate Caller ID during WebPhone transfers
Fixed an issue where Caller ID could display incorrectly in WebPhone during an assisted transfer.
📊 Call Center & Queues
New: agent status timers
Supervisors can now turn on a timer showing how long an agent has been in their current online or offline status in the Call Center Agent panel.
More control over hold music between queues
A new option lets you choose whether hold music restarts or continues playing when a call moves from one queue to another.
More accurate "Calls Offered" reporting
This statistic now only counts calls that actually reach a queue, not ones sent straight to voicemail or forwarded elsewhere.
More accurate transfer reporting
The Percent Dial Transfer statistic now correctly reflects all transferred calls, including those sent to agents, queues, IVRs, and outside numbers.
Correct call records for Simultaneous Ring
Calls forwarded to a number with Simultaneous Ring enabled are no longer mislabeled in call records.
Callbacks handled in the right order
Queued callback requests are now correctly prioritized, so they're handled in the order they should be.
Improved queue stability
Fixed a rare issue that could briefly disrupt service if a caller hung up at the exact moment their call was answered, and improved overall queue stability during periods of heavy call traffic.
Queue forwarding settings save correctly
Fixed an issue where call queue forwarding settings could change unintentionally when saving a queue in a non-English Portal.
🎤 Call Recording
Fixed call recording setup failures
Some calls could previously fail to connect with a "No Dial Rule" error under certain Caller ID setups. Recorded calls now connect reliably.
Mid-call recording now starts reliably
Fixed an issue that could prevent a recording from starting after a call was already in progress.
Recording settings clean up automatically
When a user is deleted, their recording configuration is now automatically removed instead of being left behind.
💻 Portal & Account Management
More control over automatic dialing rules
Admins can now choose whether the Portal automatically creates certain outbound dialing rules for their domain.
Polycom sidecar editing fixed
Fixed an issue that prevented editing a Polycom expansion module (sidecar) under certain configurations.
Easier-to-read error messages
Error messages in Portal pop-ups now stay aligned with their fields when scrolling or zooming.
Accurate Call History details
Fixed an issue where the "To" field could show incorrect information for calls between domains.
Numbers freed up automatically
Phone and SMS numbers are now automatically released when the assigned user is deleted, instead of staying reserved.
No more unexpected logouts
Fixed an issue causing unexpected logouts when using SNAPmobile Web and the Portal at the same time.
🔒 Security
We made several improvements to strengthen account security and API authentication in this release. No action is required on your part.
