Symptoms

• I want to add a new voicemail greeting
   

Procedure

1. Select the Manage button
2. Select Add Greeting at the bottom of the window.
3. Select the method you would like to use to add your new greeting:
   • Text-To-Speech: Allows you to type in your message and select a voice inflection that will read your message.
   • Upload: Allows you to upload a recording that you may have from the past.
   • Record: Allows you to specify where you would like to be called to record your message.
      
4. Select Save to add your greeting. You can delete any old messages that you do not need.
