Procedure

Conferences are static extensions that allow multiple users to join a call and participate. Conference extensions differ from a standard conference call by their persistency – meaning that a conference extension is effectively a call that is “always ongoing” and requires users to join it. 

Conference extensions also allow for much greater control over settings and functionality than a standard conference call.

1. From the portal, select Conferences
2. On the right-hand side, click the Add Conference button
3. A prompt will appear. See the following image for more details
   
   
4. Once you’ve configured the extension, press Save.
