• How can I add another call to my current call
• How can I do a conference call
• How can I do a three-way call
• I want to bring in another caller
   

Procedure

To bring in another caller for a conference or three-way call.

1. Select Add call, which will place the first caller on hold.
2. Choose the number to add to the call from your contacts or dial a new number.
3. Once you have the second caller on the phone, select Join Calls (For VIP Web Phone, select Merge Calls) to activate the conference call.
