Objective
This article contains the steps to ensure your account is ready to upgrade to the VIP Meetings offering. This offering will change the entire domain's ability to access Crexendo HD. Customers who are moving to VIP Meetings will no longer have access to Crexendo HD.

Moving to VIP Meetings from Crexendo HD
Eligibility
You must be an Office Manager or above
Procedure
- Go to the VIP Portal, then log in to your domain
- Click on the Users button and make sure your users all have email addresses.
IMPORTANT: Any users without email addresses will cause the VIP Meetings to fail the setup.
- Confirm that the users have valid email addresses, as they will need to receive meeting invites to that email address, allowing for the events to show on your Outlook calendar.
