How to Place a Call (several options):
- Pick up the handset, enter the phone number, and press “Send.”
- Press

, enter the phone number, and press “Send.”
- Press the line key, enter the number, and press “Send.”
- Select “New Call,” enter the phone number, and press “Send.”
How to Answer a Call (several options):

Speaker Phone: select the “Answer” soft key or

- Handset: pick up the handset to answer the call.

How to Hold & Resume a Call:
- To Place a Call on Hold: press the “Hold” soft key or press
.
- To Resume a Call: press the “Resume” soft key.
How to End a Call:
- On a Handset: press the “End Call” soft key.
- On a Headset: press
- On Speakerphone: press
How to Park a Call:
- While on a call, press the “Transfer” soft key or
. This will place the call on hold.
- Dial the extension of the Call Park and press the “B. Transfer” soft key or
.
- The call is now in the Call Park that you sent it to.
- To retrieve the call, dial the extension of the call park.
How to Perform a Blind Transfer:
- While on a call, press the “Transfer” soft key or
- Dial the desired phone number or extension.
- Press the “Transfer” soft key or
again to complete the transfer.
How to Perform a Warm Transfer:
- While on a call, press the “Transfer” soft key or
. This will place the caller on hold.
- Dial the desired phone number or extension.
- Wait for the party to announce that you are transferring the call to them.
- Press the “Transfer” soft key or
to transfer the call.
How to Check Your Voicemail:
- Select “Messages” from the Home Menu or select
(messages hard button.)
- When prompted, enter your PIN and press # and follow the prompts.
How to Forward Your Calls:
- Press the “Forward” soft key or press the Home button and press “Forward.”
- Press 1 for Always and enter/verify the contact number where the calls will be forwarded.
- Press the “Enable” soft key.
- To disable call forwarding. press 1 for Always, and press the “Disable” soft key.
