Share one number between several users
Procedure
Assign Multiple Users to Share a Number
One number can be shared between several users. To set this up:
- Select Admin Menu from the navigation pane and select Manage Accounts.
- Locate the user who has been assigned the DID and select View.
- Select the Number Sharing option from the top of the screen.
- Click in the drop-down menu labeled Select a user to share + phone number with. This action will show all users who have been enabled but do not have a number assigned.
- Select a user from the list and select Share Number. Repeat this process for any users who will share the number. Once completed, they will show in the list below.
