Objective
MMS (Multimedia Messaging) in Business Marketing Messaging lets you send a file attachment (like an image, PDF, or contact card) along with a subject line and message text—helpful for marketing, announcements, and richer customer communications.

Eligibility
- Access to the Business Marketing Messaging web platform
- MMS enabled on your account (feature must be activated)
- Supported file types: .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .vcf
- File size: up to 450KB (maximum accepted size may vary by file format)
Procedure
IMPORTANT:
- MMS costs more than standard SMS (billing rates may vary by plan).
- There is no charge to receive MMS, but your account must have a dedicated number associated with it to receive MMS.
- MMS cannot be sent from the mobile app—you must be logged into the web platform.
- Open the MMS message builder
- In the left menu, go to Messaging.
- Select New message.
- Choose the Attach message (MMS) tab.
- Upload your media file
- In the Media section, select Upload file (or drag and drop your file).
- Upload one of the supported file types:
- .jpg
- .png
- .gif
- .vcf
TIP: Keep the file size within 450KB (maximum accepted size may vary by file format).
- Enter a Subject for your MMS.
NOTE: Use Personalisation fields in the subject line (for example, location or contact details) if your workflow supports it.
- Enter the message text that will accompany your attachment.
TIP: Optionally, you can use the built-in AI assistant to help draft content to match your attachment.
- Send your MMS
- Review the attachment, subject, and message content.
- Select Send Now in the bottom-right corner.

- Keep attachments lightweight: Smaller files send more reliably across carriers.

Make the subject meaningful: Use it to clarify what the attachment is.

Pair media with a clear CTA: Tell recipients what to do next (reply, call, visit a link, etc.).
