Eligibility
Before installing the Integrator Client, ensure your firewall or security policies allow access to the following domains and ports. These connections are critical for licensing, updates, integration features, and softphone controls.

Procedure
- Download the most recent client from the website
- Install the client once downloaded (may require IT assistance)
- Use the access codes below during installation
