Objective

This guide will walk you through setting up the standard integration for CrexendoVIP.

Eligibility

The integration uses our app featured on the Chrome Web Store and requires Chrome-based browsers to work.
 

Procedure

1. Download the plugin from the Google Chrome Store
   
   
2. After the new extension has been installed in the browser, locate the puzzle piece icon next to the navigation bar.
   
   
3. Find and select the Crexendo plugin from the dropdown list and click on the PIN icon.
   
   The Crexendo Plugin should now be pinned to your browser bar, allowing you to access the integration.
   
   
4. Click on the Cloud icon, and the Sign-in box should appear
5. Sign in with your Crexendo VIP credentials (username and password)
   
   
6. After you have logged in, click on Settings at the bottom of the plugin window and turn on the application features you want to use.
   
   
7. Select your application from the Select App dropdown. If there are multiple options, select the instance for your integration.
   
   
8. Sign in to your device, web phone, or mobile app and begin making/receiving calls
9. Setup has been completed, and you are ready to use the CrexendoVIP.
