Objective
Crexendo VIP platform offers a standard integration between the VIP platform and web-based CRM’s. Loup is a Chrome-based extension that allows a user to login using their VIP credentials and add an integration
connection to various web-based CRM’s for screen popping, click to call, and call logging.

Procedure
Install the Loup Extension from the Chrome Web Store
- Click on this URL, or you can search the Chrome Web Store for “Crexendo”
- Click on the Add to Chrome button and Add Extension when prompted

You will now see the Loup Chrome extension in the Extensions view of your Chrome web browser.
TIP: You can pin the extension so it is always visible.
Signing Into Loup
To sign in and configure/manage the Loup extension, you will need to navigate to the VIP Portal and log in.
- Go to the VIP Portal and log in using your credentials
- Once logged into the VIP portal, click the Loup Chrome extension.
- In the login page for Loup, enter your VIP credentials to let Loup know which user is being assigned to the browser.

NOTE: You only need to sign in once; the extension will remember unless you need to sign-out and back in as another user.
After you log in to Loup, you will be presented with the main Loup interface, where you will be presented with the following:- Your user's Call History (Inbound, Outbound, Missed)
- Interactive button to click to dial a user
- Interactive button to “screen pop” a user if you have an integration already set up.
- Contacts button: which will display your domain’s company directory and any Speed Dials you may set up
- Settings button: where you can add your CRM integration and options
- Quick Call: allows you to enter a phone number to dial

Integrations drop-down: to choose which integration you would like to be active.
Configuring the Loup Integration
- To configure a particular CRM integration, click on the Settings button from in Loup.
- At the top of view, you can choose a CRM integration of your choice and configure the following
items if available for that integration:- Feature/s:
- Screen Pops
- Click to Call
- Logo Click to call (rarely used)
- Link click to call (rarely used)
- Call Logging (if available for that integration)
EXAMPLE: Here is a sample of settings for Salesforce.

Once you have set up your CRM integration, you can “hide” the Loup interface by clicking on the right arrow at the top right of the interface.

At this point, you are ready to go. When a call comes into your VIP number/user, the integration will activate and the screen will pop up the appropriate CRM (set up in previous steps) and allow you to interact with the Loup interface to view calls, show contacts, call numbers, etc.
If the Loup interface is not visible, you can always click the Loup-VIP extension to bring the interface up.
NOTE: Remember, the Loup interface is only allowed/visible if you have a VIP portal page open to allow web interactions.
