EVP: Crexendo Extend (Tango) Onboarding Guide for CSPs/Resellers

Description:

This document provides step-by-step instructions for Crexendo Extend (Tango) app onboarding for a CSP/Reseller through the Crexendo Marketplace. It is intended for CSP administrators, Crexendo EVP/Marketplace administrators, and NetSapiens support org - and covers prerequisites, Marketplace workflow overview, Tango webhook configuration, CSP profile creation, SIM assignment and ordering, and final app publication.
This guide ensures a consistent, validated onboarding process for enabling Tango services for CSPs in both US and UK markets.

Prerequisites

The following information must be gathered prior to beginning the Tango integration process:
  • OAuth ClientID (e.g., tango)
  • OAuth ClientSecret
  • Device Extension Suffix (single character to be used for Tango devices)
    • Enabled automation will create or use a NetSapiens device as specified.
    • i.e. if the suffix is selected as "z", when enabling Tango for user 1000, device 1000z will be created on NetSapiens by enablement automation and its credentials will be supplied to Tango. If 1000z already existed, existing device credentials will be used.
  • URLs & IP addresses of portal/core servers
    • Open ticket with Tango support to whitelist this URLs and IP addresses for messaging
    • If not whitelisted, inbound messages will not appear at mobile devices with Tango SIM.
  • Reseller (CSP) Name
  • Phone Number
  • Address
  • Home Location (USA or GBR)

Note:

This information typically matches the data used when the CSP was originally registered in the Crexendo Marketplace.

Important Automation Notes

  • Tango does not support domains containing an underscore (_)
  • SIP registration is based on the Domain’s Preferred Server, which maps to the Line Group in Tango. CSP will log into Marketplace (https://marketplace.crexendo.com) using a Super User account.

Note:

Only SuperUser account scope can request app/service within the Crexendo Marketplace.

CSP / Reseller: Requesting Tango Access in Marketplace

  1. Navigate to the Crexendo Marketplace: https://marketplace.crexendo.com
  2. Log in using a Super User account.

Note:

Only Super User–scoped accounts can request applications or services in Marketplace.

  1. Click on the Crexendo Extend (Tango) application icon.

  1. Click Request Access.

  1. When the Manage Workflow window appears:

EVP Marketplace Admin: Workflow Execution

1. Workflow States

The Tango application progresses through the following workflow states:
  1. Requested – CSP has requested access
  2. Processing – Marketplace Admin validates commercial prerequisites and configuring the integration. Automation webhooks are triggered at this point to create a "Reseller" within Tango portal.
  3. Ready to Publish – Application approved and available for CSP to publish to their Domain admins

2. Configuring Tango Webhooks (Processing State)

  1. Promote the application from Requested to Processing.
  2. The Tango Webhooks Configuration form will load.
  1. Default webhook URLs are configured for the US market (default) and may be left unchanged for US-based CSPs: https://crexendo.app.n8n.cloud/webhook/resellerWebhookTango?location=USA
  2. If the CSP is based in the UK, update all webhook URLs (Partner App, Customer App, User App Enable) to: https://crexendo.app.n8n.cloud/webhook/resellerWebhookTango?location=GBR
  3. Click Next.

All other settings to remain unchanged unless otherwise instructed by EVP Team
