Procedure

Import Contact for All Phones

1. Go to Users, then Shared Contacts.
   
2. Download Contacts.csv and fill out the necessary columns.
3. Select Import
   

Once submitted, a green confirmation message will appear at the top of the page indicating whether the submission was successful. If successful, the imported contacts will also appear on the page.
 

Import Contacts for a Single User

1. Log in as the User
2. Go to the user's name in the top right and then My Account
3. Go to Contacts
   
   
4. Select Import
   

Once submitted, a green confirmation message will appear at the top of the page indicating whether the submission was successful. If successful, the imported contacts will also appear on the page.
