Symptoms
- I am having problems with my Night mode button

The Night Mode button doesn’t show up on the phone
Procedure
Confirm the following:
- You selected the correct MAC address in Inventory > Phone Hardware.
- The line key is set to Timeframe Toggle, and Night Mode is selected.
- You clicked Save in SNAP Builder and rebooted the phone.
