Problem: VIP Portal - Office Manager Can't See CAIRO Tile

Symptoms

  • The Office Manager doesn’t see the CAIRO tile in VIP Portal
  • No CAIRO icon in VIP Portal
     

Procedure

Confirm the following:

  • Have the Office Manager log out and log back in.
  • Confirm CAIRO was enabled on the correct domain.
