Objective

The CAIRO AI Receptionist is a customizable virtual assistant that answers calls, shares information, routes callers, and can schedule appointments using natural conversation.

You can create multiple AI Receptionists for different needs (e.g., reception, support, sales, billing) and customize each one with your business information, voice preferences, and call routing rules. It helps improve call handling, reduce wait times, and provide a consistent caller experience.

Procedure

When testing is complete,

1. Click on the AI Receptionists option at the top of the screen
2. Locate the AI Receptionist you are building
3. Click on the vertical ellipsis icon (3 vertical dots) to access more options for that AI Receptionist
4. Click Enable Receptionist to make the AI Receptionist live.

   TIP: This is also where you can disable the AI Receptionist

    
   
5. Confirm the activation by placing a test call to the assigned number.
