The CAIRO AI Receptionist is a customizable virtual assistant that answers calls, shares information, routes callers, and can schedule appointments using natural conversation.
You can create multiple AI Receptionists for different needs (e.g., reception, support, sales, billing) and customize each one with your business information, voice preferences, and call routing rules. It helps improve call handling, reduce wait times, and provide a consistent caller experience.

Procedure
Clicking on the Dashboard option at the top of the Cairo AI Receptionist page will take you to the analytics screens showing performance metrics of your AI Receptionists.
The Call Statistics tab includes: Total Calls, Call Volume, Escalations, Calls Transferred, and more.

The AI Receptionist Performance includes: Conversation times, average Conversation time, questions answered, AI handled vs routed, common questions/requests, and more.
