Upgrading the Software for the Phone
I can’t press the ‘OK’ button to get the IP address?
Tap the menu soft key, or if it’s a touch-screen conference phone, this requires you to press the drop-down from the top of the screen to view this.
My firmware did not upgrade?
Depending on how large a jump you are doing in firmware, sometimes it is best to upgrade in smaller batches.
How do I get the firmware file?
Go to Yealink’s support website and search for the device model at the top. Once the page loads, select Firmware, and all available firmware files for that device will be displayed here.
