Objective
IVue offers customers its Connect product, which is a fully web-based CRM. You can utilize Loup to perform the screen pop to their browser.

Procedure
Loup screen pop for IVue requires a custom creation of the search URL per customer.
Each Coop customer is given a unique URL to log into their IVue CRM
EXAMPLE: https://hotec.cloud.coop or https://nyc.cloud.coop
Within Loup, create a custom screen pop URL with the following:
https://hotec99991.cloud.coop/connect-service/#csrHome/search;searchCriteria=[number];searchType=ALL_FIELDS;searchHistoryToggle=false
NOTE: Replace the domain URL with the customer's unique URL (hotec99991.cloud.coop in this example)
