Reminders
What do the blue dots on the calendar mean?
A blue dot indicates there is at least one scheduled reminder/message on that date.
Can I schedule a reminder to multiple contacts?
Reminders are designed to send scheduled messages to individual contacts. For bulk messaging, use Blasts.
Blast Campaign
Can I delete a Blast after it’s sent?
No. You can only delete Blasts in Draft or Scheduled status.
What should I include in the Compliance Footer?
Include your organization's name, why you’re contacting the recipient, and opt-out instructions
EXAMPLE: Reply STOP to unsubscribe
Drip Campaign
What is a drip interval based on?
Intervals are calculated from the time the campaign is applied to the contact.
If a contact replies, do already-sent drips get removed?
No. A reply only stops drips that have not yet been sent.
Conversation
What happens when I archive a conversation?
Archiving keeps all message history but hides the conversation from your active conversation list. Archived conversations can still appear in search results.
Can I recover deleted messages?
No. Deleting a conversation removes all messages and is not reversible.
Why do I see a consent message before my message to a new contact?
If your organization requires consent messaging, a consent message is automatically sent before your first message to a new contact (or a contact who has not yet received it) so the recipient can acknowledge or opt out.
Textables
Do I enable Textable in VIP or in the Textable Portal?
Both. You enable the app and assign users in VIP Marketplace, then you assign the SMS number to each user in the Textable Portal.
Why do only “Available” numbers show up in the Textable Portal?
The Textable Portal only allows selection of SMS numbers that are set to Treatment = Available in VIP SMS Inventory.
What creates the “VIP Group Message” link in VIP Portal?
Adding a user to the Textable app in VIP Marketplace creates a UIConfig labeled CXDO_MKTPLACE_TEXTABLE. This exposes the VIP Group Message link for that user in the VIP Portal.
